That’s one-third of all they tested but what about those that didn’t bother to show up?

Who would have thought this could happen? Today’s NSS Award (No S*** Sherlock) goes to the traitors who import these infected aliens. It will be presented later this day by Captain Obvious.

Daffynition :" Where are they *settling* in Vermont?
I’ll be sure not to go there."

The last I heard , which is several months old, they were going to settle refugees in Northernmost Vermont , near the Burlington area , not far from the Canadian border.
But don't forget that refugees have the ability to relocate and move , and FEDS/DHS/ICE isn't tracking them or even monitoring their movements.
Actually DHS/ICE are in conflict with the latest Federal Court decisions, in that they refuse to identify or name any of the refugees, much less where they are located.
This is one the first medical reports that has specificly identified an ongoing medical issue within a specific State.

With that many refugees testing positive for TB, you'd think the whole ded-gum Middle East would be a walking TB factory. If I'm not mistaken, isn't TB highly contagious?

My wife worked for a hospital in the HR dept. for a spell, that is until she learned that a high percentage of Filipino nurses being imported test positive for TB. She then resigned after learning the previous lady in that position contracted TB.

Her job was to help the foreign nurses settle into apartments and set them up.

Yikes!

Bring Out Your Dead

Post to me or FReep mail to be on/off the Bring Out Your Dead ping list.

The purpose of the “Bring Out Your Dead” ping list (formerly the “Ebola” ping list) is very early warning of emerging pandemics, as such it has a high false positive rate.

So far the false positive rate is 100%.

At some point we may well have a high mortality pandemic, and likely as not the “Bring Out Your Dead” threads will miss the beginning entirely.

*sigh* Such is life, and death...

If a quarantine saves just one child's life, it's worth it.

servantboy777 :" ..If I'm not mistaken, isn't TB highly contagious? "

I wouldn't identify it as "highly contagious", but rather , as just contagious .
Of greater concern about tuberculosis is the fact that there is now a drug-resistant variety of TB which is difficult to treat and 'cure'.
The drug-resistant variety of tuberculosis arose due to patients inadequately or totally failing to complete treatment after treatment was begun.
The medical treatment for tuberculosis demands long term , lengthy treatment , and is very expensive, and may exceed what the FED/DHS is offering as a relocation subsidy.

My Sister-in-law from Texas taught school there. She said the Illegals are bringing in another disease no one is talking about. Scabies.

My daughter spent a few months in Haiti. She tests positive for all sorts of stuff.

The Vermont people think of as “quaint” exists around Burlington and the ski areas. The east side of the state is agricultural and very low income.

The population centers on the eastern side of VT are where the poor folk are Irving.

“We wouldn’t want to put vulnerable refugees who have fled persecution and terrorism into an unstable or dangerous situation in any way,” according to the Rutland Alderman.

Well of course not. Especially when the local TAXpayers and Vets are struggling for jobs and medical expenses. The *funds* the Feds provide, expire in a couple of years, so the local communities are left holding the bag for the *free* support these people will get. What support, you ax?

They get to go to the head of the line for jobs
One year after arrival refugees are eligible to adjust their status to permanent resident; eventually naturalization
Food stamps
MEDICAID
Housing
Other family members can come to the USA
A car
Cash ...and the list goes on

So here's the skinny ....you can be American born and bred, and when you reach retirement, a *refugee* will get twice as much as you, even though you have contributed to the *system* all your working life.

Welcome to the neighborhood I hope and pray the native Vermonters are smarter than they have been portrayed.

Yes, but Brattleboro, WRJ, and Newport seem to be “the dumping grounds.”

Burlington, Winooski and Colchester (formally Winooski Park) are nests of mooselimbs. Don’t think these “refugees” being plunked down in Rutland etc. aren’t going to flood to these islamic centers.
