A Kuwaiti girl who was in kindergarten gifted her teacher a luxury car after she graduated from her class. This car is for my favourite teacher Nadia, the pupil, Noor Al Faris, wrote on the Mercedes. The teacher was Noors favourite and wanted to express her gratitude towards her. According to local newspapers, Noor's father gifted the car in recognition for her role and positive impact she had on his daughter after her mother's death.

Too bad Nadia will not be allowed to drive it.
Women can drive in Kuwait. Amongst the Middle Eastern states, Kuwait probably has the greatest equity between men and women, though of course compared to the West, that's a bit relative.
In the 1990s Kuwaiti wives were even allowed to walk two steps ahead of their husbands... but that was after the Iraqi army spread landmines throughout Kuwait.
LOL. Actually under Saddam, Iraqi women had a lot more rights than they do in Kuwait. For what it’s worth.
