I know; I hate that. They display so many ads they reach a point of diminishing returns because people avoid their website.
I use Ghostery, maybe that’s why I don’t see their ads.
And...why does the entire world have to be child proof? It wasn’t when I was a kid and millions of kids my age survived. It’s the parents’ responsibility to watch their children.
I find that my computer locks up on a lot of things and I finally decided it was because too many sites have too much video, pictures and click bait they are trying to load at once.
In addition to the annoying ads, you might notice that an ever increasing number
of Breitbart’s “stories” are just rehashed aggregation, clickbait and re-blogging.
When they first started they had a high percentage of original reporting and
investigative journalism. Soon they will find their way onto the internet trash
heap right beside “NewsRealBlog” and other relics of the “new media.”
The current powers at Breitbart are doing a major disservice to the memory
of the guy who gave them their start.
