Friggin' idiot. My guess is that a multitude of nations' teams will soon refuse to go. Can't have the games without the players.

My guess is that a multitude of nations' teams will soon refuse to goUnfortunately, that's not the way human nature works. Athletes who've spent most of their lives training to get to the Olympics will rationalize that they can avoid being infected. In addition, they'll not want to let their team mates down.
It's more likely that support personnel and tourists rethink attending.
I'm wondering if one fallout will be that this will usher in an era where there won't be Olympic games with all events at the same place in a short interval of time.
