I've always thought that it's a shame Poland couldn't pack up the country and move.

In real estate it's "location, location, location" and poor Poland is in one of history's worst neighborhoods.

I would add that Israel also has a very poor location. The only Western Democratic, Capitalist, Free Market economy, Liberal society in a sea of filth.
