Vince Foster, Whitewater, Bill’s escapades - all gone over for years and the voters didn’t care. Trump is best off attacking Hillary herself - her corruption, her dishonesty, and her incompetence as Secy of State.
I don’t think the people believed it back then.. there was so many and so much to paste to the young smiling charming billy boy... he looked like a Sunday School kid.. but he was into so much it was easier to pass over it than to go after him. bill got to the point where he did just about anything and figured he was not ever going to pay. He was raised a spoiled only kid.. just like obama was.. both grew up to think they were invincible... and sometimes it takes a long time for the ball to drop.
