I agree with the High School. She can wear her Blues under her gown. If you allow her to wear her uniform you might as well allow people to wear whatever they feel like. Rules are rules.

It appears that Obonzo and his ‘RATs have taken us back to the late 60s when the commie libs couldn’t stand the sight of a U.S. military uniform. But, “dem rules b dem rules.” They probably wouldn’t have had a problem with it if she was totally naked under her cap and gown. “Dem rules” probably don’t forbid that.
Do it anyway, make them physically remove you.

This is not a military event. The article also said it was fine for the graduate to wear the cap and gown over the uniform, just like if it was a regular civilian clothing. They were even willing to let the graduate wear her uniform top. Bur unless it was outside, she shouldn’t be wearing it anyway unless in military formation with her unit. So, does it make any difference? Not really.
