Both socialist ran Portland and Seattle are magnets to the homeless who live off the free good will gouged from the tax payers. The Washington State Democrats are pushing for a state income tax. The Washington voters are on to their scheme and should elect a Republican governor and take over the State House.
There needs to be a way to get these freeloaders independent of the government trough. That is something the Democrat socialist do not want to address. Ever.
I guess those cities just don’t get cold enough; Detroit and Buffalo lose people because they are cold, and lazy people won’t do what it takes to deal with that.
Every time I visit my daughter in Seattle, I see those homeless camps under the freeway and shake my head at what liberalism has wrought to a once great city.
