I am Jewish, and I was going to raise the exact same issue from the other side of the coin.
In a Jewish cemetery only Jews are allowed to be buried. Many have liberalized that rule for inter-married couples, but those are not Orthodox Jews. Cemeteries are private property, usually belonging to a private organization set up for the benefit of the local community. It is therefore private property, and no one has the right to tell people what to do on their own private property.
I hope that the Homonazis enjoy their moment in the sun, because starting on January 20th there’s going to be some common sense and decency restored to this country. It won’t happen all at one time, but things will start going back in the other direction. I can’t wait to hear how they owl with rage at some of the decisions that an Originalist-dominated Court will make. That ought to offset how the vast majority of us unfree Republic have felt for the last twenty or more years with a liberal Court.

Judaism is a religion, not a race or an ethnic group. There are some Jews who are bone white comma While others are as black as the Ace of Spades. Most are somewhere in between, and while most of them have brown eyes and brown hair of one shade or another, some are blond and blue-eyed comma While others AR red hair with green eyes. What race has all of those characteristics? The answer is none, because Jews are not a race.
I believe that when Jeff said basically that a Jew is always a Jew, regardless of whether they convert to a different religion, he was making a religious statement, not a racial statement. Under Jewish law, if you are born a Jew you simply cannot give up that status. Of course, you do not have to practice Judaism, and can even become an apostate, but you still remain a Jew until the day you die. That is religious doctrine, not genetics.

Besides, even if all Jews were Abraham’s progeny, that wouldn’t make them a race. There are only 3 races: Caucasians, Mongoloids (Asians) and Negroids. Each of these has its own numerous sub-groups, but those sub-groups are not, themselves, races - thus, how much less would a family or tribal group be a race?
