Film will never see the light of day. Expect the injunction to be filed around the convention with the rats calling it an unsubstantiated hit piece.

Can that happen?

If one can get an injunction against a movie, then how was Michael Moore able to make “Farenheit 911”?? He freely admitted it was a propaganda piece. It was in theaters in the summer and fall of 2004. And Moore freely stated he hoped people would see the movie, and that it would convince them not to vote for Bush.
