What is forest bathing? Hiking naked?
I suppose it could be but to me it looks like HIKING. The supposed difference is explained in the article:
Those that practice Shinrin-yoku explain that it differs from hiking or informative nature excursions because it centers on the therapeutic aspects of forest bathing. So whereas a nature walks objective is to provide informational content and a hikes is to reach a destination, a Shinrin-yoku walks objective is to give participants an opportunity to slow down, appreciate things that can only be seen or heard when one is moving slowly, and take a break from the stress of their daily lives, Page said.
To me, however, hiking is not to "reach a destination". I do it for the exercise and for the "therapeutic aspects". So for me there is no difference.
OTOH, if it's Hiking Naked there might just be some difference ...
