A friend of mine was drunk and fell into the doorway of the women's bathroom at a restaurant in Boston. He didn't go into the women's bathroom, he just fell down in front of it yet everyone got upset like he was in there and the police came, arrested him for using the women's room.
Fortunately it was cleared up, he instead got a drunk and disorderly charge and 100 hrs community service.
Meanwhile Target is going to let a creepy guy loiter in a women's bathroom.
WTF TARGET! I'm not shopping there ever. I don't think I ever have since they banned guns in the store, I'll never go there again. From now on I'm going to Wal-mart or Marshall's either that or K-mart.
In wisconsin, if businesses do not permit guns, thy are 100% liabl for your protection. If thy are not actively ensuring personal safety by checking that no one is coming in armed, you can ignore their signs, as it is clear they have no means of ensuring your personal safety.
In effect what is happening at Target is what will be the result of this executive overreach
any man will be able to enter any restroom or locker room and it must be considered as a normal exercise of his rights becauze who can tell what is really going on in the stages of gender identity(which is bs)
and no one can or will do anything about it
and if anyone complains, they become the bigot
This also applies to butch women entering male facilities but somehow how I think men will “take care of” any female voyeur who wants to watch them pee
Some may even enjoy grossing her out
“So now its okay for non-transgendered men to go into women’s rooms?”
Practical reality is that, in practice, there is simply no more segregation there. Staff isn’t going to question someone at length about it, isn’t trained to determine whether someone really “identifies” or is bluffing for titillation it is just being a jerk, and can’t risk making a mistake (refusing a real trans). Only solution for the staff is ignore the signs.
This will only resolve after numerous violent crimes and subsequent lawsuits for big money. And the CEO et al is canned.
