The bigger problem has been the people cutting up their cards. Target goes to great lengths to get people to accept a Target credit card. This issue just wiped out all their efforts.
They are violating thousands of local and state laws . It will be per se liability for any sexual assault in their insane bathrooms. I am astounded at their stupidity. What a lawyers dream!!
