This thought alone of him being back able to run amok in WH should make everyone ill.
It doesn’t look like Willie has much amok left to run. Lately he looks like he’s ready for the crypt. If anyone can find a picture of his neck taken from the rear, please post it. That will tell a lot about his medical condition.
