Use energy from batteries charged by wind or solar like the powerwall by Tesla.
How big are the batteries it would take to sustain a city like Dallas?
Probably the size of Mesquite. Or thereabouts. Just a guess. I’d love to live off the wind and the sun but I don’t see how that happens this year. Or next year, or 20 years from now.
I mean, I am not against the concept, I just don’t think it is realistic.
I could be wrong.
