Another thing is sometimes bone grafts may be needed for the implants just depending on your husband’s situation. I also will need an implant(s), soon.
Peridontist quoted me 18K for 3 teeth and two bone grafts. I have diabetes Type 2, never had a cavity or any tooth problems until I got diabetes. Now I have peridontal disease which caused 3 teeth to be removed, two being my two front teeth. At my age I said Oh no, no way, I could take a trip around the world for that. So I got denture. Works great and only cost 1200.00.
He did tell me that with peridontal disease, sometimes the posts don’t take, even with a bone graft. So, another reason I went with denture.
YUP; I will just stick with my upper and lower plates, thank you very much.
