Most people around here to go Tijuana for that. Read all the reviews online of various clinics. Doesn’t take long to zero in on the very best ones. My own dentist said the top flight clinics there are the equal of here.
I had implants done in Tijuana by an excellent dentist. Not the least expensive but much less than USA. I am very happy with results. Be sure and check what manufacturer of “screw” they use, big difference in cost to dentist for inexpensive Chinese.
