The abnormal positioning of heart is known as situs inversus, referring to the mirror-image reversal of the organs in the chest and abdominal cavity.

Hey, I remembered what this is called! Among other reasons, it can be found in mirror image twins.

THAT was going to be my question. Even as a layman without an advanced degree or even an un-advanced degree, that was the firstest thing that came to mind.

I know a set of twins, and one of them has this condition.
