Faced with two estranged parents in utter disagreement about their daughter’s wish to be a boy, a British Columbia Supreme Court judge has appointed the child a legal guardian to protect her interests.
The father not only wants his daughter to cease taking hormone blockers but also to cease all contact with transgender activists or transgender-friendly therapists.
Though the case is about whether the 11-year-old can give informed consent to such serious medical treatment, which is intended to delay the onset of female puberty, the judge appears to have already conceded the point by referring to the girl by her preferred, male, initials, J.K., and accepting her male self-identification.
Her father, referred to as N.K., has persisted in referring to his daughter by her female name at birth, or P.K., in court documents, despite an earlier court order that he refer to her with male pronouns, name, and initials.

Unbelievable. We now have a government telling parents what gender they want their children to be. What an abomination.

She became focused on demonstrating this in ways that escalated in severity. Before she entered high school, she had declared that she was a boy, and demanded to be accommodated as a male student.
I think the point - in her case - really has little or nothing to do with her sex, and mostly to do with rebellion, with exercising control over large numbers of people.
So in other words,the West spent the 20th century fighting Nazi Germany and Soviet communism only to be conquered by people that don’t know where to pee!
My guess....mom, as custodial parent, is fully on-board with the gender swap. Dad is not.

If it was me,Hypothetically of course, I would probably kidnap the judge, castrate the POS, then force feed Female Hormones to him.
I should have read it better. Duh.
Isn’t there that phrase from the Bible, “Children are thine oppressors?”. Well, it’s happening right now.

A guess from the article is “transgender activists” who are “helping” the child.
