I have been predicting here for months that Hillary will be indicted, but only at the appointed time of Obama's choosing.

Obama (meaning Valerie Jarrett) does not want Hillary or Bernie. They want someone they can control and hand-pick the VP for. So, they take Joe Biden aside and say "Hey, Joe, want to be President? Then sit over here in the corner during the primary and at the right time we'll tap you on the shoulder and you'll parachute in. Oh, and we'll tell you who your VP is going to be."

The indictment can't come now because it would indeed throw the race to Bernie. Hillary would have to step aside now, Bernie would win the rest of the primaries and delegates and clinch it before the convention. That's not what Obama wants.

Do it too late after Hillary wraps things up at the convention, then it's chaos. That's not what Obama wants either.

Do if AFTER the last primary and shortly BEFORE the convention. Then it's too late for Bernie to clinch before the convention but in time for Biden to be dropped in at the contested convention. The convention will then be about getting everyone onboard the Biden Bus.
