That's a bit strange though. I'm not sure why that would force Cruz from the race and not the votes that went against him. East of the Mississippi Cruz did not win a single primary. That's pretty devastating. Has a presidential candidate ever been nominated without winning a single primary state in the eastern half of the country?

I'm not counting Maine as that was a caucus state and a lot of weirdness went on up there. I haven't read a Stephen King book in a while - is any of his recent stuff good? My favorite Stephen King book was The Shining but I'm not entirely happy how the movie adaptation turned out. I think the movie adaptation was over the top.

He’s gotten too political for me lately. He was always a lib, but he made sure to put Sarah Palin stickers on the bad guy’s truck in Under the Dome. I don’t know, I’m kind of done with him after, since I was 9, reading every book he ever wrote.

I used to hate the Kubrick Shining, but I appreciate it a little more now. The a Shining miniseries was reviled, but it was much closer to the book. I liked it when it aired, but I haven’t seen it since.
