It is probably a good thing that this program has little Sunday night competition.
I started Hunters on SyFy — it has gone off the deep end.
I started Damien on A&# — it too is hard to follow and not very interesting.
Fox’s Houdini and Doyle. I watched about 1/2 of the first episode. None of the characters were that interesting. And the part about the first female Constable and her problems being the first woman in that position, yada yada yada. Its ratings were so low (just over 2 million viewership) that is may not see an Episode 3.

I thought last week was the first episode to give me hope for this series. Something finally happened - some conflict.

A gay writer must have wanted to add a queer twist to
the plot line. I never cared to know the sexual orientation
of people in real life so I certainly don’t need to see it

Exactly. There was no compelling plot reason for that (the only even remotely possible excuse). The ‘walkers’ are disgusting enough, no need to double up on the disgusting factor.
