We aren’t speaking the same language. I show you an image of SEVEN jackets previously posted and ask, considering that the pilot didn’t have a jacket, and there were NINE people involved, there should be EIGHT jackets. They don’t all have labels, and one is missing, where is it?
You show me an underwater image that might be anything, and tell me that is Marilyn Briley with the missing jacket that has a transmitter of some kind attached to it...
And therefor all NINE jackets are accounted for.

The seven jackets remain seven jackets while Marilyn Briley’s jacket is underwater. You can’t add hers to the seven jackets in the image.
If it’s missing from the seven lined up, it’s missing, no matter who it belonged to. We can’t tell who it belonged to because they are not all labelled.
So we still have seven jackets. Plus one missing, plus the pilot didn’t have one. There’s your NINE people.
I have no idea of what is going on under water in your image, but if I had to guess, I would guess that someone is floating, head on the surface, body under water, one leg with a shoe on, and one leg without a shoe.
What that mass is on the right I have no idea.
What I sound like is perplexed. Don’t take it personally.
You said there was one lifejacket missing and it’s obviously Fuddy’s. I’m saying it seems pretty clear that none of those lifejackets is what Marilyn was using so it must be Marilyn’s that is missing from the NTSB’s line-up.

I have enough frustration dealing with my husband whose Mayo Clinic diagnosis of Posterior Cortical Atrophy gives him a reason to be confused. He is never willfully confused though, and it is a joy to be with him for that reason. I am going to spend my one day off this week with him.
