But they don’t know the name Carter or Ford. They are not dumb. But they are not educated and are politically illiterate. They will vote Democrat. It’s rather like chickens voting for Colonel Sanders. So, in answer to your question, no.

When they say something liberal, it makes me grit my teeth. I fill them in on the background information. I can’t stop myself. It’s my personal cultural improvement project.

An IT manager at General Dynamics, where we worked, told me; we get hit about 30,000 times a day. I asked if it was the Chinese. He said, no, mostly from California universities.

My fiber line gets hit about 900 times a day. Mostly East Asia and Eastern Europe. E.g., a couple of minutes ago, some Ukrainian made two tries at the telnet server I don't have.
