The lawyer equivalent of a drive-by shooting. The last one was Subway being pinged for 11-inch “foot long” subs.

Has anybody noticed that a lot of beer companies are now selling 11.2 oz bottles? They are still the same size as 12 oz bottles but there is now a larger indentation on the bottom of the glass.

If one thing should be made illegal, it should be the “class action lawsuit”
This stuff is getting out of hand
Companies should not have to defend themselves against of ambulance chasing lawyers who don’t have real cases to be working on.

Ice cube shapes produced by commercial ice machines were always designed for “maximum displacement” of the beverage.
Been that way for eons.

Stupid. Just ask for less ice, or no ice. I’m not really sure how you can have an iced beverage without ice. Guess that would give the vultures something else to sue over.
Any judge that allows this suit to go forward should be removed from his position, and the lawyers who brought the suit should be disbarred.

Ice is required in ice coffees.
Not enough and its just piss warm coffee. And they would get sued for that.
Crap, just order something else.
