“Rush hasn’t said anything that hurt Trump even a little bit.”

Correct, but he certainly has tried. I assume he will get his licks in through Tuesday, trying to help Cruz. He led off audio clipping Cruz and praising Cruz today.

I still haven’t forgotten how he pimped for Cruz before Iowa and South Carolina. It was unreal.

... comes as no surprise to insiders at The Blaze and Mercury Radio Arts, which laid off dozens of employees last May on a day referred to internally as “Black Monday,” around the same time that Beck was purchasing a private jetliner and a $200,000 Maybach sedan.”

Interesting - hadn't heard that one ... but not surprising.

The current promo I’m hearing on one local radio station for Beck’s show is a brief clip of Pat and Stu arguing about whether or not one of them sent the other a particular e-mail.

How the heck is that supposed to be an incentive to listen?

Unemployment for a lot of government employees will follow when and if we ever cut the size of the Federal Government in any significant way. Maybe we shouldn’t celebrate such an event when and if it happens? Your concern trolling is very tiresome.

I wonder where Tomi Lerhan will go to now.

Amazing isn’t it? Trump supporting Freepers are throwing staunch life long conservatives that have spent considerable time and treasure defending conservative values under the bus while worshiping at the altar of a life long Democrat that has done nothing to further the interest of conservativism.

Yea I was/am really disappointed with her leaving OANN and I really can't stand that little anorexic that took her place.

I worked for a guy like that once, long ago. He had ME fire a young clerical-level single mother - who was doing her job just fine - because of ‘cutbacks.’ As I was giving her her walking papers he got into the limo that took him to his private plane that flew him to his hacienda in Cabo San Lucas. Soon thereafter I quit.

I have a similar story. About 16 years ago, my company had its yearly "management meeting" at a luxury golf resort in Florida. There were hundreds of people in attendance. This thing had to have cost millions of dollars.

Of course, the meeting was essentially useless.

When I got back to my office, my boss told me to fire the girl we had just hired 2 months ago.

It will only get worse if Trump is elected. They will be here defending every crime and unconstitutional act of a Trump administration. In addition, as we can see now they will cheer the destruction of any conservative that doesn’t bow down to Trump’s tyranny.

With Rush, I’m sure it’s more about his social calendar and who he gets to hang out with at the country club.

It sure is true. Mr Beck has `lost it, and needs mental health counseling. Too bad.

While I’ve ridiculed and mocked Beck all over the place the last 6 months, I now view him as one of the lesser of the obnoxious NeverTrump crowd. Beck was never malicious, and I believe he was sincere. On the other hand, there are some seriously horrible human beings involved in this movement. E.g., Rick Wilson (Trump supporters are losers who masturbate to anime; Ann Coulter is paid to have anal sex with Trump), Kevin Williamson (white working class needs to die), et al. I don’t believe the animus toward Trump, certainly not the political disagreements, has brought this out. I believe Trump’s candidacy merely exposed the indecency of these individuals. And I couldn’t be more thankful for that, not only showing me the true nature of some of these people I formerly respected, but also those I was formerly ambivalent about whom now I know hold the greatest respect for. E.g., Mike Huckabee, Bobby Jindal, Jim Gilmore, Herman Cain, et al.

Levin threw all of that away and became a paid shill for Cruz. Who can ever trust him again?

“He should have remembered his FIRST JOB on the radio and TV was to ATTRACT AND MAINTAIN AN AUDIENCE.”
I was taught that by Neil Boortz at the ‘Church of the Painful Truth’. Radio personalities are personalities.

I’ll never “get” people like that and their priorities, and lack of connection to others whose lives they affect so dramatically. My incident was 35-40 years ago and I forgot one detail: when he (and his 3rd or 4th wife) got to his place in Cabo, they went fishing off his ocean-worthy fishing yacht (can’t remember the proper terminology).

Being Christian doesn’t mean that people stop being accountable for their actions. Anybody who burns me will have to work very hard and long to get that trust back. The bible had plenty of accountability. It’s ridiculous to expect somebody to take a kick in the teeth and say, “Thank you, here’s a raspberry tart for your trouble.”

Maybe those lifelong conservatives should think before throwing it all away and become paid shills for a particular political candidate. Burning a lifetime of trust for a short-term gain is not smart.

The worst part is Rachel Maddow had this on her show last night... and no one hates conservatives more than Maddow.
