Osteen should man up and go to Haiti, Africa, or China and tell the Christians there that God would bless them if they'd just ask. Better yet, go to ISIS held territory and sell Your Best Life Now to the persecuted Christians.
Jesus was poor, the disciplines and almost all of the early church was poor, but suddenly God's plan is to bless American believers?
