Why not go to some place where the HSE department might be one guy, instead of an army, where 'human resources' is the guy who tells you to get back to work without worrying about what words he uses, and where the environmental standards don't require a complete refit of your plant to yet another, newer, higher standard as soon as the last refit to bring you into compliance with the old standard was completed.

When the truth is they are offshoring to exploit third would labor and selling their product duty free at first world prices and pocketing the difference.
