It has nothing to do with CERN. We are entering a solar minimum at the same time the magnetic polarity of the poles are moving and weakening prior to a shift.

Agree with mini ice age prediction. But will no magnetic field plus low solar activity mean more clouds and rain ( more cosmic rays reach atmosphere).
