I don’t know about men’s locker rooms since I’ve never been in one, but I know for a fact that women walk around with nothing on in their locker room. Since he thinks it’s a “she” it would not be perverted. It would be discriminating to make him put his clothes on.

question was in regards to public toilets. a man in drag would be embarrassed in either a male or female locker room. same with a woman in a mans locker room. no doubt also be threatened or worse, regardless of laws.
