If he’s a floor sweeper, he’s probably not expected to deal with the customers. Still it would be polite of him to learn a little more than “No speak English”. I remember my ship visiting Puerto Rico in 1962 and using my poorly learned high school Spanish to show some respect. They appreciated it, even though most of them spoke English.

If he’s a floor sweeper, he’s probably not expected to deal with the customers. A robot would not be expected to deal with the customers.
