SAGINAW, MI — A transgender adjunct professor at Saginaw Valley State University has filed a federal lawsuit against the school that alleges she was fired from her administrative position because of her gender transition.

Davenport, who began presenting as a female in March 2014, still remains an adjunct English professor at the university in Saginaw County, she also served as the assistant to the director of Academic Programs Support until December 2013, when university officials eliminated that position, "allegedly for budgetary reasons," the lawsuit claims.

If these lunatics in these asylums that we call colleges want to fight it out over who is a man and who is a woman and who is discriminating against who, so be it. Just keep it inside the asylum walls. I used to feel sorry for the kids and parents who went to these places and paid well into the five figures each year to do so, but I don’t anymore. To get dumped by a hyper-sensitive college, in this day and age, you have to REALLY work at being a sh!tty instructor. Just showing up in a cheap wig and demanding to use the women's bathroom isn't enough.
I'd bet he was caught groping one of his 18 year old boys, and the school agreed to fire him, rather than face a massive law suit. If that heifer is actually his wife, I can see why she would support his changing to boys.
