STEPHEN Fry has been slammed for his outlandish comments on rape sensitivity and child abuse.
The actor and comedian spoke to US TV host Dave Rubin about the loss of free speech and criticised the deep infantilism of the mind set of society, The Sun reports.
He then went on to say that people were too sensitive to the word rape.
Its a great shame that your uncle touched you in that nasty place you get some of my sympathy but your self pity gets none of my sympathy.
Self pity is the ugliest emotion in humanity, get rid of it because no-ones going to like you if you feel sorry for yourself. The irony is well all feel sorry for you if you stop feeling sorry for yourself just grow up.

You think you had it bad? I rooted for the Vikings. In the Seventies!
Yeah, does he have anyone specific in mind?
I still root for the Lions! Pretty pathetic, eh?
The two are nowhere even close to being the same. To try and equate the two is mind boggling.
I too was a union member "back in the day" when I worked in a factory while putting myself through college (the first time) and saw all kinds of terrible and stupid things that the union did.
I've also been married to the same woman for 30 years. Unbeknownst to me when we married, she herself was sexually molested and raped by a family member. We were married 10 years before she told me. I cannot tell you in this limited space the damage that has been done to her, her inability to form close personal friendships and the damage it has done to our marriage.
You can walk away from union thugs. You cannot simply "walk away" and move on from being sexually molested and raped as a child. That is a life long struggle for any woman who's been through it. Any husband who's married/been married to a woman who's been through same knows this also.
Fry was sexually assaulted as a child by another male pupil while at boarding school.
The comic treated guests to a graphic story about Gore Vidals stay at a top London hotel where he rang a gay escort agency to arrange a boy for an energetic afternoon session.
Fry once wrote a play which details a homosexual affair between a teacher and his 13-year-old pupil
Wow! This guy could be Obama’s next “Safe School Czar”!
Let me say this to those who approve his statements. I have no idea who this Fry is. Nor do I have any desire to know.
I have a 10 year old granddaughter who was sexually molested about 4 years ago. Would any of you like to pay for her counselling? Would you care to comfort her when she wakes up screaming, crying, soaked with perspiration? And not really knowing what to say.
I went out there, but I could not get to the pervert. Thankfully my son did not kill him. He has a entire family he has to provide for. I’m getting to be an old man, and have lived a full, happy, life. I don’t really want to kill more people, but I would have gladly sprayed his blood over the wall of his cell. Like I said, I am getting old, I have very strong beliefs. Luckily the pervert pled guilty and is locked away for a long time with no chance of parole for the next 25-30 years. And yet, justice has not been served.
For those of you who agree with Fry’s statement, I surely wish you could wear the shoes of others.
He is probably a pedophile like many at the BBC.
“For those of you who agree with Frys statement, I surely wish you could wear the shoes of others.”
Why do you assume we haven’t? Ever hear of the Boy Scouts?
Yeah, I do know of Scouting. I was involved in it for 23 or so years. I started with the Tigers, Cubs, and Boy Scouts. Cub master, Scout master, many different positions. My two sons earned their Eagle badges, and I have a number of awards myself.
A Scout is Reverent.
This weeks episode of Gotham had the Penguin feeding a mother her just butchered children to her without her knowledge. Penguin kills her just after revealing the source of her dinner. Fun for the whole family!
“A Scout is Reverent.”
Yeah. They’re Trustworthy too. Except when they ain’t.
I ended my involvement at age 12.
This is why I threw my television away years ago...I can’t believe the stuff that’s on there these days.
