"A liberal circuit court judge in Madison, Wisconsin has ruled that the year-old Wisconsin right to work law is unconstititional because labor unions have a "property right" to the wages of employees."

Makes this Madison, WI judge's ruling even loonier ...

“””because labor unions have a “property right” to the wages of employees””””

Sorta smells like slavery.

That is completely nonsensical. If Unions have a property right to the wages why not claim they also have a property right to the labor of the non union employees?

Libs always tell us that unions are wonderful because of what they did for all workers and we should support unions because of what they are doing for all workers. Now we see it is not about all workers but about union workers only. Otherwise they would not mind that non union workers will benefit (or lose) from negotiations with employers. Selfish thugs. It is not like the money will be used for the rank and file. It will be used to advance political agendas that often have very little to do with labor issues and to enrich the union bigwigs.
