Could be something to do with these power companies giving people money to monitor their A/C usage in summer. If someone turns off my A/C on the hottest day, WWIII would commence!
The power company denied knowledge of the box and stated it looked like “law enforcement” ,, the box was removed after discovery by a crew in a bucket truck with a bogus company name.. It’s FBI.
