I've looked at the records of both Cruz and Trump's, and their platforms.

I've paid very little attention to how their critics describe them. I could care less which one looks better or talks loudest.

I've decided Cruz's policies would be better for the US, as well as for me personally.

Isn't that how we're supposed to decide whom to support?

But he won't be the nominee and even IF he was, he can't beat the Dem nominee, whoever it will be.

Add to the above, Ted's tax plan ( 10% income tax is far too low, which was proved many years ago, and it isn't even Cruz's plan! ) and the VAT on top of that, means that we would pay MORE taxes than we do now.

Why hasn’t Cruz already lead these policies you like so much to passage
in the senate?

Policies like Pushing TPP, drafting NAFTA, Doubling the Number of Syrian Muslims coming in without checking to see if they are ISIS, increasing H1B visas by 500 percent, Voting for the Corker bill, pushing Judges like Roberts, taking the side of BLM protestors against police. Blaming Muslim terror attacks on opponents, etc.

Or is it where he was for Amnesty, not building the wall, global trade as normal etc until his opposition showed opposing them was an acceptable position?

We seem to be the minority - those of us who actually read what the candidates promise and their records.

There's only one "tiny" flaw in your logic.

Your conclusion is based on the assumption that what Ted says he'll do, is what he actually WILL do if he's President.
