Wow. I guess I am a Mac nerd. I had an Apple II, IIc, And I own an iPod, IPhone, iPad, and a MacBook Pro.

I had to sit down with a Windows computer the other day and I was like trying to talk in a different language.

Use both, and try to keep practiced on both. Never know when there might l be a VHS/Betmax moment in the PC future.

I have been using Macs since my SE in 1987, but I work in IT, so I get to use em all. There are things that Windows does that I like, and things that UNIX does that I appreciate, but if I have a choice, I’ll use a Mac. Doesn’t mean Iike everything Apple does either. I am pretty pissed off with what they have done with the UI for iTunes and iPhoto, but nobody bats a thousand in the computer industry.

But I do appreciate Apple’s stance towards customer data. It seems to be unpopular with people who might be otherwise conservative, but have a hair across their ass for all things Apple, and they are, in many cases (but not all) siding with tyranny on the issue of privacy.
