The team would stop on roadsides and in parks to sleep and let the dogs stretch during the drive to Seattle. They were in a greenspace along Interstate 5 Tuesday morning when Heidi Thomas, a Nisqually Tribe member, spotted the unusual sight and stopped to help.The only road from Alaska to Seattle is the Alaska Highway through Canada, and it's certainly not I-5. Not sure if it's even open in winter.I call the story BS.
