I only know of one General Eisenhower in WWII. If there were others, I don't know about it.
More on point, I believe the charge by Canadian novelist James Bacque in his book “Other Losses” were that Eisenhower and his staff conducted a campaign of genocide resulting in the deaths of about a million German POW’s (after the war), not tens of thousands.
I have not read Bacque’s book, in part, because his scholarship is generally in doubt. However, because of your findings that General Eisenhower acted “in direct violation of the Geneva Convention”, I may have to reconsider.
First, I'll wait to see if Donald Trump issues a secular fatwa declaring that General Eisenhower is no hero.
