'A man has been arrested after a popular Muslim shopkeeper was stabbed to death by another Muslim in a religiously motivated attack just hours after he had posted a message wishing 'a very happy Easter to my beloved Christian nation'.
Asad Shah, 40, was set upon with a knife and had his head stamped on in a shocking attack outside his Glasgow newsagents shop just after 9pm last night.
A police investigation has been launched into the full details surrounding Mr Shah's death, with officers pursuing a line of enquiry that the attack was racially aggravated.'

The investigators will, of course, be puzzled, unclear, and uncertain about the “true” motives of the attackers. They will caution about jumping to conclusions. They will want to be thorough, so there are no mistakes and, consequently, the investigation may take some time. But the one thing they can state with certainty right now is that this crime has nothing, absolutely nothing whatsoever, to do with Islam.

Such religion-based attacks are quite rare here in YoubloodyYanksland. Not unknown, but rare. Infidels with gun permits could be one reason.
Hey, what’s with this new group Britain First? A BBC special looked at them & their young leader with extreme disapproval (must have heard “far right” a hundred times) but I came away rather liking them.

At first glance, you might think he was killed by a Muslim hating fanatic of some sort. But we see he was killed by another Muslim, who in the custom of the religion of peace, just couldn’t abide a fellow Muslim wishing Christians well on a major Christian holiday.

I fully agree with that statement.
But because of non - Muslim beliefs in other Gods and religions that are more pacifist, it is hard for non- Muslims to grasp Islam. Even though the violence against non believers in Allah, and heretics in Islam is spelled out in the Koran and Hadiths.

The British can use deadly force if necessary. As happened a while ago in Manchester. Its a complete myth the UK does not have and/or outlawed self-defence, inc dealy force. Also, whilst we have bad gun laws and low gun ownership (always have), its another myth we are unarmed. I am bot a UK gun owner and someone who had to use said self-defence laws in 2008.
Britain First I am afraid has too many links and people connected to the racist BNP for myself and most people. I commend their patriotism, but they have too many knuckle-dragging racists in their ranks. I prefer to support UKIP.

I actually overstated the violence of my country (lol). Murders, already low, have dropped both in Scotland and the UK (the UK murder figure is between 600 and 700 a year out of 62 million people).
Hmm...I’ve also heard that UKIP doesn’t care much for Britain First. BNP & EDL have routinely denounced for “racism”, too.
But is “racism” in Britain defined as anything to the right of George Galloway & the Guardian?

No, they don’t. Neither they nor the Tories like them, as they fear they corrupt the right in the eyes of the public, as I am sure the right in the US wants nothing to with the KKK. The BNP are racists, anti-semites and have links to neo-nazis, fascist groups, soccer hooligans and Holocaust deniers. They may publicly support Israel, but that’s as a bulwark against Islam, nothing more. They actually dislike Jews. Nick Griffin, their leader, was an open denier. The BNP also has no time for non whites who fight for Britain or have done. They even attacked a black Caribbean soldier who received the Victoria Cross in Iraq and became a national hero.

No, whilst you have the leftist media who as you say see anything vaguely right as worthy of contempt, I am arguing from a normal British person’s standpoint. The average Brit does not see UKIP as extreme, but does the BNP and increasingly the EDL. Like myself, they may commend the patriotism, but too often its reduced to a racist viewpoint: whites good, non whites bad. And Britain is a nation that loves the likes of the Gurkhas and will commend and remember those who served us, irrespective of colour. In short, even if we are angry on immigration, Islam and other issues, the BNP and EDL are seen as a step just a bit too far.
The British have always been a very pragmatic peoples, and we have rejected extremes, be that bloody revolutions or racist-fascist politics. That’s why we never had a 1792 type revolution and why we rejected the fascism of the 30s and the likes of the BNP now. Why support the BNP or EDL when you have UKIP, a genuine party who actually has the power and votes to get things done on immigration and other issues. The BNP and EDL will always be tiny parties.
That much derided British way of muddling through and not causing too much fuss has actually saved us from the social horrors that struck Europe in the last 200 years or so.
Here’s hoping Britain survives the Islamic horror.
We will, we have beaten better and survived much worse.
