Definitely looks like she's had a nose job, possibly a lip reduction, and of course she's had her hair relaxed.

Despite her insistence that she's proud of being black, she seems to have done a lot to make her features more Caucasian. If she feels insecure about her exterior appearance it might explain why she seems so angry all the time.
