It’s also a precursor to NIRP, negative interest rates.

Cashless leads to confiscation of wealth out of an electronic account. NIRP will cause accounts to go to physical cash, hence the need to do away with physical cash and replace with cashless accounts.

Yes, and there needs to be much wider public awareness and pushback against this kind of financial repression and stealth wealth transfers from savers to the big banks and to freedom- and wealth-stealing governments. It is absolutely an attempt to further restrain rights pertaining to private property, life, liberty and the free pursuit of happines. Outrageous.

"It’s also a precursor to NIRP, negative interest rates."

You are exactly right. This proposal has nothing to do with tax evasion or controlling drug money. People inclined to those activities are resourceful and would quickly find another way to escape detection. Instead, it's all about paving the way for negative interest rates as the new norm in one disguise or another. Simply, you cannot have cash and negative interest at the same time. Otherwise, who in their right mind would put their money in the bank as opposed to keeping it in mason jars.

“elimination of currency” was on the Bilderberg agenda about 4 years ago or so.

And by going to a cashless society, they will, by necessity, ban the private ownership of gold, silver, and any precious metals.

There will be a one-time public buy, and after that, the government will institute REALLY harsh criminal penalties against anyone trying to buy or sell the precious metals. The government won’t have to search for it, but long prison terms and huge fines will make an impression on anyone thinking about bypassing the government’s negative interest rates.

In the past I have fairly well dismissed the probability that any sort of violence could emerge from the American people.

I thought that if wholesale destruction of our freedoms these past 20 years wasn't enough, then nothing could bump us off bottom-dead-center. Haven't we been way too “disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right them by abolishing the forms to which we are accustomed?”

But, if government isn't satisfied with heavy taxation at every turn and decides to outright steal money from our accounts, . . . certain individuals should fear for their safety.

Now more than ever it essential for the sovereign people to get a grip on this creature, this beast called government that seeks our impoverishment.

Article V while we can.
