Why RNC chair Reince Priebus would welcome a Michael Bloomberg run

If former New York City mayor Michael Bloomberg ever formally announces an independent White House run, he'll have at least one person cheering his decision: Republican National Committee chair Reince Priebus.

Priebus weighed in Wednesday on the possibility of a Bloomberg campaign on Fox News, calling it potentially "helpful" to Republicans in the long run.

"It is a blessing to the party," Priebus said. "Happy for him to grab a ticket and get on board."

Later that day, Priebus explained his thinking in an interview with CNN: "I don't really view it as a third-party [campaign]. I just view it as another Democrat...So you'll have two Democrats running and splitting their vote."

Bloomberg has "been fighting and pounding away at Republicans," according to Priebus.

"You know, to take all their guns away. He wants to tax Slurpees and sodas," he said, referring to Bloomberg's well-known fight against gun violence and his much-maligned tax of soda drinks.

I wonder if Trump would appoint Bloomberg a Czar of something?

If Reince is so happy about it, he should shut his mouth and let it happen.

Reince Priebus - world’s worst poker player.

Maybe President Trump would at long last create the Veteran’s Tap Dance Administration, and Bloomberg could be in charge of that.

It is quite interesting to see a long standing political system disintegrating right before our eyes.

Notice that with the rise of Trump & Cruz that Prince Rebus has become invisible?

The great RNC gave us one who took some of our private rights away with The Patriot Act and The Military Commissions Act of 2006.
Then, the RNC gave us some, who did nothing to stand for our remaining rights being threatened under Obama.
Now, the great RNC wishes to finish the job.

I wonder how quickly Trump can fire Rinse when he has locked up the nomination. What is the process to take over the RNC?

It is quite interesting to see a long standing political system disintegrating right before our eyes.

We are seeing a paradigm shift with us selecting our Presidential Candidate instead of the GOPe and DEMe.

Also, there is a Black Swan event occurring with the daily suicidal self destruction of the GOPe, Open Border Thugs, DC faux pundits, Faux News, ABCNNBCBS and the left wing fish wraps.

When Trump wraps up the nomination, he will ask Rinse in private to resign.

If Rinse does not resign then, Trump will go on tv and the internet and expose Rinse re his attempts to derail Trump.

Rinse will then be a minor footnote in history like the GOPe open border thugs and unemployed.

What a maroon. If it benefits Trump (and it would) Bloomberg won’t run. He should have said something like “Don’t throw Bloomie in that briar patch!” (or just kept his yap shut)
