“Possible sign of cancer”

Could be but the other 999,999 coughing cases will be something minor, transient, and/or easily treatable.

I know someone who took some Claritin with some Benadryl. A couple days later his sister got bit by a moose. YMMV

“Dry itchy cough”

eyedigress may be right. I had the same persistent dry cough 3 years ago, would not go away. Ended up going to ER when I could not catch my breath. X-rays showed it had developed into a severe case of Bronchial Pneumonia. Huge doses of antibiotics worked to clear up the immediate problem but have not been the same since.

Seriously, see your Dr. asap.

Good luck, ConservativeMan55.

You lucked out. Still, there are too many X-rays ordered, especially for kids. They are ordered often to provide a chain of evidence to protect the doctor.

There is a 14 day regimen of Prednisone that will do wonders.

Very powerful. I am now on a regular dose of Xeralto for the blood.

I didn’t luck out. The Emergency Department missed everything. They are useless unless I am bleeding.

I don’t even waste my time anymore.

Yep. I like the taste. No other cough drop is “real” in comparison.

There is a herb I use to get rid of coughs that last over a week. It is called coltsfoot, or coughwart. It comes bulk and you make a tea with it. Nasty nasty, but it was the only thing that knocked out a chronic cough I had for years.

"Fisherman's Friend Original Extra Strong Menthol Eucalyptus Lozenges" are strong, and they're not like those cherry or honey/lemon cough drops that you can eat like candy (except for the newer, sweeter Fisherman's Friend flavors, which also taste like candy).   Like you say "Excellence", if anyone wants to try them, make sure you get the original extra strong ones.  (If you can't find them in your local stores, they are available on Amazon, but they are a bit pricey there.)

Don't try to tell them about 8-tracks, or VHS videocassettes, or wall telephones, or coin telephones, or...

Make a quart of silver colloidal. Drink a 1/3 cup 3 to 5 or more times a day holding it in your mouth for a few minutes before you swallow it. It is best to take it on an empty stomach, but since you hold it in your mouth for awhile it get into your blood stream directly from your mouth. To make SC get a 6 volt converter, cut the line down the middle and strip the ends to expose the copper. Then put copper alligator clips on the two ends. Get a fish bowl or some kind of bigger glass container that hold about a quart of only distilled water. Get two 99.9999 percent silver coins, Canada maple leaf silver dollars and connect them to the clips and hang the coins into the water not letting the water touch the coins. I use a timer and let it run for 6 hours. I also put a fish tank aerator into the water because it somehow makes it better. The start up cost is a little high but you will have years and years of silver colloidal for very little cost. When I get sick with a cough or whatever I megadose on it and it takes the sickness away. Sometimes I have been sick for months before I break out my machine and the the silver water always has made me better. It’s a little bit of trouble to getting started making the silver water but it is worth it. It’s amazing. To clean the coins use baking soda and rinse well.

...not letting the water touch the coins...

Sorry meant to say not letting the alligator clips enter the water. The coins must enter the water to make the SC.

SC is good for just about anything that ails you that is a germ, bacteria or a virus. It would likely help even against a plague if something drastic like that happened. It is really worth having around. Any cold doesn't stand a chance to even take hold if one uses as per prior directions when one feels it just coming on.

My friend takes about a 1/3 cup daily as a preventative first thing in the morning and hardly ever gets anything in the germ category.

Hope you are doing much better.
