Russia wasn’t stupid like we were. During their downturn they mothballed factories and equipment. We tore down our bases for land deals, scrapped our ships or sank them ourselves, and have outsourced overseas our entire infrastructure. Like I posted yesterday Russia is fixing to re-establish the Soviet Empire. Only a hand full of persons left in congress care. A Putin and Trump or Clinton/Sanders set up as the two world leaders may well be alliance from hell.
