BTW, another way to get Mexico to finance the wall is to tax remittances sent by Mexicans in the U.S. to Mexico. These remittances are actually on the increase. Lots of money there. The only way for Mexico to stop remittances from funding a wall is to tell Mexicans in the U.S. not to sent the money! Catch 22!

Why would Calderon rail against a useless fence? There must be something to it.
