[A] motorist told the deputy they saw a red Ford SUV that had been driving âerratically.â The SUV was reportedly weaving from lane to lane.
When the deputy caught up to the SUV, he observed the vehicle crossing into the oncoming lane and back, and he immediately initiated a traffic stop.
The driver of the vehicle was dressed as a clown, and told the officer he had a few drinks at a local restaurant. He gave no indication as to why he was wearing the clown costume.

Deputy: Sir, why are you wearing a clown costume?
Driver: That's a clown question, bro!
You win the thread!
Hey, what does that clown think he’s doing.
I had it, had it, had it . . . . (hick) . . . had it all. Until those damn conservatives kicked me out of the Speaker's chair. Now I'm just a lush . . .
Sober clowns are bad enough.
Funny thing, one of my friends in elementary school’s grandpa was into ‘clowning’, and when our local village had our Independence Day parade, he’d be there doing his thing, along with the rusted out Model T’s, (or pristine for that matter), steam tractors, fire engines, and all that good stuff. I think he even gave a presentation to our class once.
It was a simpler, more wholesome time. I think that he and many others, were they still around, would be horrified by what ‘clowns’ have become.
You ever try driving a stick with those shoes?
Lol. First thing that crossed my mind also! Too Funny.
I know what you mean.
My Grandfather was a Moslah Shriner and was always squeezing his 6’4” frame into one of those tiny little cars in parades. It was hilarious to watch and they are my most treasured memories of the man, may he rest in peace.
“Why did you stop me officer? Was I driving funny?”
Damn, everywhere is getting too uptight......
ROFL I guess so. Kind of a surprise in Beaumont, Texas. (I love East Texas! & wish we lived there.)
Biden shows up who let him out of his room.
