This begs the question, is his “partner” an American citizen? If so, Mr. Border-Crosser could marry her and VOILA! he’s no longer a deportation candidate.

Unless the scenario Tax-chick smartly mentioned were true.

BUT SENIOR WE CANNUH GIT MARRIYAD!

They seem to be clamping down on productive types....

**A Glastonbury ballroom dance teacher has made a life in Connecticut after moving from Russia three years ago to teach.

He has become a favorite among students, even lending his talents to dance in charity events, but now immigration services has denied his request to renew his Visa.

Alexander Konovalov moved to Connecticut in the summer of 2012 as a ballroom dance instructor for Fred Astaire studios.

*I love it here, I want to stay,* he said.**

I also had the thought that the “partner” could be a citizen. If that were the case, he could have tried marrying her on the assumption that nobody would ever turn up with legal documents from El Salvador.

However, it’s also possible that Deysi-the-partner is married to someone else, too, either in the U.S. or elsewhere.

"They're taking away my other half," said 33-year-old Deysi Aldana, Acosta's partner, and mother of his children. "I don't know what I'm going to do."

I think we should issue these multiple anchor babies passports, so that when they turn eighteen they will be more than welcome back here. No need to break the young family. I am sure they will enjoy El Salvador.

Be interesting to know which side he was on during the El Salvador war. Might explain why he “fled”—and why he’s being deported now.

Good point.

Jeb! likes to say this of his stammering idiot older brother, "He kept us safe".

I guess telling the border patrol and INS to stand down, while simultaneously increasing Muslim legal immigration to our homeland, somehow keeps us safe.

Hopefully we are soon politically rid of that awful family.
