So you try to deflect, by changing the subject fine enough.
I have looked at the Statute in effect at the time Cruz was born it was written in 1952, it was never challenged in court, so apparently congress had the right to specify what the term Natural BOrn Citizen means as per the COnstitution.
According to the statute Cruz is definitely a Natural Born Citizen. Also Mark Levin a Great Constitutional Scholar says Cruz is a NBC that is good enough for me.
Unlike the Leftist Trump I don’t rely on communist lawyers like Larry Tribe.
The funny thing is that whining here isn’t by Carson supporters, all the whining is by the trump fanbois. There are emulating the actions of their hero.
Meanwhile Rubio is moving into position to steal Trump’s lunch money in Nh.
If he blows his lead in NH it is lights out for the campaign. If Trump loses I will LMAO. Better to get to the 1 on 1 with Rubio and be done with it.
The Carson campaign was tweeting all day about the caucuses, he did interviews that day, his wife was at a location making calls, etc etc. There was no reason under the sun to think he was suspending or dropping out. The CNN tweet was poorly worded so the first thing one would do would be to try and corroborate the info, since this “information” was NO WHERE ELSE> But the Cruz campaign saw an opportunity to run with a lie that had deniability (”misunderstanding”). As soon as the Carson campaign was aware, they tweeted (at 8pm) he was going to FL to change clothes after the caucuses. But the Cruz campaign did not waste any time running with the lie. Carson may be a political newbie, but Cruz deliberately lied. and this is the guy who is supposed to be different? same old same old lying lawyers.

Let me assure you that in the even more unlikely event “Tricky Teddy” were to get the nomination against Gore, the entire demorat machine will sue Cruz and it WILL go to the Supreme court after two years on injunctions. And the obviously compromised Roberts Court will kick cruz OUT!

Cruz campaign sent out a letter about this and it said Carson was making a major announcement about his campaign.
Even believing the “just passed on what CNN said” on the tweet, explain what this alleged big announcement was and where the Cruz staffers heard about it?
I submit it was an implication Careon wasn’t going to New Hampshire and would announce he would drop out. It was a total lie by implication.
Saying going home to change clothes and then to a D. C. Prayer breakfast is ending a campaign is also misleading.
It is though very consistent to the lawyerly hair splitting Cruz approach to the truth.
I have some advice for the eager Mr. Cruz.
Worry about your own campaign, and let Carson run his.
