Black people are STILL under-represented on TV ... in the role of "perpetrator" on police shows.

I’ll bet research would confirm that on TV in the past 20 years there has never been a Black person portrayed as any type of perpetrator of any crime whatsoever.

On TV criminals are always White males, and of course that is statistically accurate.
